Watch On TV Problem!!

Watch On TV Problem!!

My Power went out and now when I Try to change the Channel from my Computer using Xfinity TV Listings it says it was sent to my Cable Box but it does not change the channel. I tried logging out then back in, I tried unplugging my box and plugging it back in, and I also tried reentering my Zip Code. PLEASE HELP?!?!?

It can take up to 24 hours for the box and the app to fully sync. Has it been 24 hours yet and if so are you still having issues?
