Watch ESPN on Android 4.0 giving a "Unable to Play Video"

I recently downloaded the Watch ESPN app on the Google play store, i have full Comcast Xfinity subscription (i am an employee and have the full slate) and when trying to access the ESPN1 and ESPN 2 i get a "Unable to play Video, This Network is not included in your current television subscription, Please contact your TV provider to subscribe"  - i definitely have subscription to these channels, i have to DVR's with full access to ON DEMAND and am accessing this both via WIFI and on 4G using T-Mobile.   Im stumped at this point,  has anyone been able to resolve this issue and is currently watching the WATCH ESPN APP ON ANDROID?  If so, please help!   Joe if your out there, please help a Comcaster out..  =)

Thank you Joe, i will look forward to a call,  How do they have the correct # to call me anyway?   I also called the customer service with ESPN also to get their support,  they were not very helpful.  Thank you again.

I'd love for someone to look into the issue for me also. I've noticed that occassionally I can watch the ESPN channel, but I can't ever get any of the others besides ESPN3.
