WWE Raw/Smackdown Color Saturation

WWE Raw/Smackdown Color Saturation

On USA Network, every Monday and Tuesday, we watch WWE programming. It seems that only on this channel, the color saturation is SO strong that red overtakes the entire screen and makes everything within it blurry/pixelated. The wrestlers' faces look like red oatmeal. I have a new SUHD 4K tv (Samsung KS8000 for reference) and everything upscales fantasticly (sports and other tv shows). Is this a USA issue, an Xfinity issue, or do I need a new dvr box?
FYI, any repeats of Raw or Smackdown I watch on the wwe network do not experience this issue.

color saturation/tint/hue/etc are producer settings. The video is a stream provided by the content provider. Comcast has no part in settings of the content.
