WHY Do We Accept This 3rd Rate Service?

With all the options out there, WHY do we accept the customer ABUSE dished out by Comcast?  Their "new" web site is the best example of the lack of concern for customer needs or choices.  It appears to have been designed by a 10 year-old, it has less functionality than the previous site, and THEY ADMIT THIS!  They say that it will be "improved over time", which means even they know the new site was nowhere near ready to force on the customers.  But force it they did.

 

WHY  can't Comcast admit they made a HORRIBLE mistake?  They are spending millions on an ad campaign to try to convince people they now care about customers and then they pull this nonsense.  Comcast will remain the WORST company in America unless they learn how to treat customers, and one way NOT to is to force a 4th rate web site on people.  This is Comcast's New Coke, but at least Coke learned their lesson.

 

The FCC has a site to make complaints, and because Comcast won't respond to our issues here, few other options are available.  That, and contacting your local government to DEMAND new cable options.  Until cable companies no longer have monopolies in every town, we will continue to face such abusive treatment.

Hi thebob1 -- Apologies for any frustration this new format has caused you. We've certainly hear what customers have had to say about and are listening to their suggestions on ways to improve this. We've understood this wasn't a smooth transition and that there was an oversight on leaving out certain features. We working on ways to improve the functionality of this site and make more user friendly to use.
