Volumn problems

I recently upgraded my service to the triple play service that has the DVR. I had 4 digital boxes and they changed all of them. The new boxes have a volume problem in that they have different volumes on many channels. When you change channels the volume blasts on some channels. Is this something with the new boxes?? The other boxes did not do this.

are they all dvrs?    go to the box menu and then to sound options what do you have it set for?

No only one DVR box, and that is no problem. The other three boxes are the ones that have the volumn problem.
