Videos fast forwarding

Videos fast forwarding

Not getting the error message now, but oh what fun, now the videos just fast forward all along the duration of the show...  I've never had consistent good service on Xfinity, and I'm getting to an end point here.  I'm just tired of all of it.  My tv service is messed up too.  I'm probably dropping tv for sure, am still thinking about the rest of the bundle.  My internet service is good though, that I'll keep.

Is this just happening to specific videos or all videos? If just specific videos, can you please post the links so we can further look into it.
