Video streaming hangs on commercials

Start watching a TV streamed video. At the first commercial series it hangs up. You have to start over again and again. Sometimes it completes the commercial series and you watch until the next set of commercials hangs up and you have to start all over again. And if you want to get back to where you were, i.e. after the third set of commercials, you have to watch ALL the commercials over again. And some times it will hang up again. It freezes up constantly. A 30 minute show may take hours to watch in its entirty. Not worth the effort. Had this issue months ago and stopped watching. It's beyond frustrating.
