Video playback gives Error 6007 - this error not in the help file

I get error 6007.

The Doctor Who episode Smith and Jones will not play, but the other online videos play.  I get an error 6007, and am encouraged to try back later.  I have tried over several days, and on two computers, with the same error. Other episodes play with no issue.

The video website is http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv/Doctor-Who/328/2227424531/Smith-and-Jones/videos.

The video appears to be starting, obtains authorization, and then displays a black screen with white letters stating:

This video cannot be played.

Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. (Error 6007)

Please check back soon.

There is a white box inviting me to "Learn More" which led me to an explanation of other errors and finally to this contact page.

By the way, this episode is apparently not Episode 12.

It looked like I was able to add a screen shot, but then it disappeared.

We were having some issues with this video but it should now be working. Please try it again and let me know if it works.
