Video on demand suddenly slow and choppy



VOD and TV is getting progressively slow and choppy. "MAN OF STEEL" and "HOBBIT 2" video starts to lag after ~3 min of viewing. I checked the cable connections(connections fine). I turned of all other wireless devices that were connected to Comcast. I ran the speed test (~36Mbps).
