Video Stops in Same Spot Repeatedly - Error 3050

Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. (Error 3050)

Please check back soon.

 

That message continually appears on my screen as I watch a TV show on my computer. It has happened several times and each time I refresh the page. Occasionally that will fix the problem but this time each time it hits the specific time in the show it stops.

 

After reading the skimpy Trouble Shooting secion y'all have I don't see anything mentioned that would be an issue.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

Try deleting your cookies and cache and then try again.

 

If you are still getting this error, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
