I too am unable to update or locate the Xfinity Video Player Update or "Upgrade your Xfinity Player!"

Is Xfinity/Comcast discussing plans to give a rate adjustment for this problem to Xfinity/Comcast account holders? :manindifferent:

also make sure you have the most current version of flash installed.

 

Clear your cache and your cookies then restart your computer then try again.

Not all videos may be working on Internet Explorer 9 32-bit or 64-bit versions. Our team is currently working on this issue.

 

In the meantime, please use one of these browsers to watch videos:

 

Goggle Chrome 16

 

Safari 5.1

 

Firefox 9.0
