Video Not Loading

To Whom It May Concern,


I have clicked on the video for the TV show I want to watch but it will not load. It is not just one show, it is all videos I have tried to load. The video screen comes up and it says "Loading Video", but it never changes. It has been over 20 minutes on one video and nothing has changed.

I have closed my browser and tried again and that does not work. I have disconnected the internet and tried reconnencting and that has not worked. I also tried shutting down my computer and restarting it.

What do I do??
