VOD not working on PC's

VOD not working on PC's

VOD works on DVR but not on PC.  If you go to http://xfinitytv.comcast.net you go to a tab labeled “Watch Now”.  "Below is a list of TV titles for shows to watch".  Clicking on any title brings up a screen that has “starting playback” that never actually starts.

There is no error page or error number.  Phone support doesn’t work on this problem.

I have tried this on Internet Explorer and FireFox.

How do you troubleshoot this problem?

Please note that this fails on all programs not just streampix shows.

Re: Video On Demand Troubleshooting

You only describe how to troubleshoot VOD on a DVR.  How do you troubleshoot with issues on PC’s and Tablets?

Is this a VOD or an internet problem?
