VISTA PROFILES CANNOT VIEW XFINITY TV VIDEOS

I am using Vista Home Premium and IE9. As an administrator I can view xfinity tv videos but none of the added profiles can do this. When my wife logs on and goes to the xfinity web page she can see videos in the Fan but cannot run xfinity tv videos. When she selects one it goes to the window that says starting playback but never gets to showing the video. I've tried making a new profile and the same problem exists.

The other accounts on your computer, do they have full rights? Are they able to download software or do they have to put in the administrator's password?

They are standard accounts as opposed to administrator accounts. I'm not sure know how to tell if they have full rights or not.

Go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage Another Account.

 

See if the other accounts have anything different than the administrator account.
