I keep getting this message on the home screen video's, how di I upgrade the player? Using IE9
You may want to clear out your browsing history and reset your browser back to default configuration. I am not sure if it uses SilverLight or Flash on IE9, but you could try updating those two plugins too.

You do need both MS SilverLight and Adobe Flash to view Xfinity Videos..
