Using laptop to change channels.

What is going on with my online tv guide?  I always used it with no problems.  Now it takes at least two tries to get the channels to change when I click on watch tv button.  Tonight I can't even get the guide to come up at all.  Keep getting none of my filters match the listings.  I turned all my filters off and still it didn't work.  I'm disabled and really need to use my laptop as a remote.  I would appreciate a Comcast Expert to look into this.  I'm using a Dell Studio laptop with Windows 7 and IE11.

Same here in Atlanta, GA.  This has been happening on and off for several weeks.  It's certainly not your computer.  I havve  computers running Windows and Firefox, IE and Chrome with no luck on any.

I figured out what was wrong.  I had MY CHANNELS filter on.  I turned it OFF and everything in the TV GUIDE came in just fine.  Hope this helps.
