Upgrading / current customers discriminated against

 I am a current Comcast customer. Why is it when I am logged into my account and click on shop/upgrade and look over the possible plans I can upgrade to they ALL say they are for a new residential customers!!!!!   This is mis- leading, false advertising and just plain wrong.  This is no way to treat and keep long time loyal customers.  I have been waiting for Verizon FiOS to show up in my area and it finally has !   Maybe now is the time for a change
