Upgrade equipment

I was wondering if it cost anything to update my box  and remote to my main tv?

Re: Upgrade equipment

Hello DJHardy, the information that (MNtundraRET) hared is correct. You can go into a local Comcast store and swap out your equipment anytime, or we ship new equipment to you. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Re: Upgrade equipment

If they have a newer model box for your level of service, you could exchange the box and remote "no charge" at the nearest service center.

If you are looking for for channels, you will end up paying for a different level of service. I would contact Comcast to find out all your options.
