Updating message...

No cable this morning...the screen says you caught us in the middle of updating your subscription. There's no need to update as I made no changes. Also, none of the channels work, not local, not standard or HD. I've already reset the box, no change.

By reset, I assume you mean you pulled the power and rebooted?  If this persists, you might try calling customer service 1-800-comcast.
