Can you describe in more detail what you mean by "unpause" a device?  And where are you seeing a message mentioning something being moved to the cloud?

Yes this 2 devices were blocked to access the internet from my WiFi router, now that I wanted to unblocked that's what it says

I’m having the same problem.  I had blocked a computer on the admin website (http://10.0.0.1/managed_devices.php) but now that this functionality has been moved to the web (https://internet.xfinity.com/devices) I can’t unblock that device.  I have already rebooted the device and I restarted the gateway.

Not sure why this thread is in the streaming website forum, it shoud be in the xfi forum. You might find you solution here (help page for xfi):
