aok40 -- Are you talking about the Xfinity TV Go app? When does this error happen?
Zach, I'm on my iPad2 at work using the latest GO app.
Get the 101000.106000.-11853 error sporadicaly.
It takes a number of tries to get back on.
Seems to happen mostly with a TNT goes to commercial break.
Thank you. I have forwarded this information to our App team.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Also what device, operating system, and web browser are you using?
I have the same Unhandling error and have had since my newest phone.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 (Android version 6.0.1). When I get into the Xfinity TV app & try to play a recorded show.
Any advice? I have already uninstalled & reinstalled the Xfinity TV app.
I am getting the same error.
Mine reads as:

This is so frustrating.... I have been able to use the app for weeks on end with out an issue. Now I am getting this error when using the app Live or to search for a specific show. I am using an iPad 3 with the 9.3.3 iOs. I even tried to use the app on my iphone -- same result error message wise.. However I can watch Xfinity tv just fine via CPU.
I have done a hard reset on my iPad, turned off/on the wi-fi, uninstalled and reinstalled the Xfinity Go app... nothing works
PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!
