Unable to watch xfinitytv content

I am unable to watch any xfinitytv.comcast.net content.


When I attempt to play any video, I see a screen stating that a subscription is required.  I'm signed-in.  When I click "Buy subscription" I get "We are unable to locate your account at this time, please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."


I think part of the problem is my online account has three accounts associated with it.  The main account is a no longer active account and two additional accounts (one for residential TV and one for bussiness class internet).  I thinik I need to sign-in with the TV account, but I don't have a way to pick which account I sign-in with.


I've tried calling but I keep getting the run-around.  Transfered from TV to internet and back, then hung-up on.
