It's absolutly ridiculous. I just sent them feedback expressing my displeasure. My question is if I am home, why wouldn't I just watch whatever I want to watch on my TV instead of on my computer? The whole point of having xfinity go is to WATCH IT ON THE GO!!! I also was trying to watch the walking dead from my computer "on the go" and got the same message. I will be canceling my subscription as well if this is something that doesn't change.

I am having the same issue, I have tried multiple devices which use different operating systems so the browser is NOT the issue. I would love a real answer to this issue.
