Unable to watch dvr recordings using xfinity tv app on Ipad

I have been watching my recorded TV shows while away from home successfully for several weeks.  Starting Friday, the shows are shown in the "Recorded" and "Saved" list but when selected, I get "Playback Issue::500, server reporting unrecoverable error".  Shows recorded prior to Friday play just fine.  What's happened?

Same thing here. Was able to watch on my iPad and now I cannot. Comcast please answer!!!

I am having the same problem with the app. I cannot watch recorded shows. They take forever load and then pause every 5 seconds during playback. I too was going to cancel Netflix, but not now. Has anyone received a fix for this. Customer service reset my account and I reinstalled the app, but still same proble, thank you
