Unable to watch an episode using FireFox

I am using FireFox V17.0.1.  When I selected a TV program (ie. The Simpsons), I did not problems to see the preview or Ads. However, the episodes was not able to play.  I got the following message:

    Sorry, this video is unavailable

It's probably a network issue.  so try refreshing the page. If that does not work, you may have to come back a little later.

I deleted all the cookies and tried again.  I still have the same problem.

I can watch a HBO program (ie. Hung) withouth any problem using FireFox.

However, if I use IE, I do not have any problem to watch the same episode or HBO program.

It sounds like there is something in Firefox that is preventing Flash videos from playing correctly.

Try uninstalling Firefox and then install it again. Hopefully, this will resolve any conflict that is lying in your version of Firefox.

Thanks,
Joe
