Unable to watch Xfinity on computer.

Unable to watch Xfinity on computer.

When trying to watch TV shows on the computer, the show scrolls "starting playback" and doesn't ever play or I get the message "Error 560" and the refresh button which doesn't do anything either.

clear cache and cookies dont use IE 9 for access.  Update silverlight and flash.  SEe if that lets you in.
