Unable to watch TV online on my computer.

I got too errors 1st one told me I was out side the US and could not view TV. I did not know Washington DC was out side the USA. The sencond is what you see beclow I got after restaring my computer. Unless some one has hack out accout or North Korea likes Comcast now I am not shere whats going on.
