Unable to watch TV on demand on my wifes computer, works fine on mine.

Unable to watch TV on demand on my wifes computer, works fine on mine.

Watching online tv on demand, Modern Family for example, works fine on my computer.  My wife's computer always says 
"This video cannot be played, Sorry the show is unavailable."  This comes up for every show I try to watch.  Always unavailable.  But they are on my computer. Both are notebook PCs, one with windows 8 (which works) and the other is windows 7.  My wife was able to watch shows a few months ago, she said, but now, always unavailable.  Any ideas?  Other videos, like the ones from Netflix work fine on her PC.  Is there something I need to do to register her Notebook?  I logged her out and back in too, just to make sure she was logged in.
