Unable to watch Recorded programs on my ipad with Xfinity to go

I am getting an error message:  Playback issue ::500 The serveris reporting an unrecognizable error.  Please try playing anoher channel or recording.

 

I've tried other recordings and channels, but they don't work either.

 

I was able to watch recorded programs last week, but can't this week.  I'm also unable to watch on my computer thru the xfinity website.

I was having the same issue (with certain programs, for about 2 weeks), then they just started not showing up at all (on the scheduled or recordings). then they showed up on the recordings list, but got the 500 error, then i downloaded one of the programs that made it through, and just like that, programs i had just checked on and had gotten the error, were streaming like there was never an issue.

 

and from what you're describing, it appears to be the tv app, not the tv go app (the tv app is for cloud recordings, the tv to go app is for on demand type programs)
