Unable to view streaming video

When trying to stream video, it appears for 3-5 seconds and then gives me error 525 and states that there was an error.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both flash palyer and silverlight, and rebooted my machine, but haven't has any success on this laptop.

I am running Win 7 on new Dell Latitude.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Re: Unable to view streaming video

Hi Joe,  I have tried on IE 8 and Firefox 15.0.1

The results are the same in each.

Interestingly, I found that it doesn't crash when I have the video playing in a tab that I am not viewing.  As soon as I try to watch the video stream, it crashes.

Re: Unable to view streaming video

I just tried again and got the message that the silverlight plugin crashed. No report available.

Re: Unable to view streaming video

I have now uninstalled Silverlight and Flash.  And reinstalled both.  Rebooted.

And still no difference.

Re: Unable to view streaming video

OK...I figured it out.  It had a conflict with my secondary monitor display adapter. Once I turned off my second monitor it stopped crashing.

Thanks,

David

Re: Unable to view streaming video

OK.  Now it's not streaming again today.  I have tried Chrome, Firefox and IE.  I have uninstalled both Flash and Silverlight and reloaded them both.  Game is on at 3:00!  I need this working...

Any thoughts?  Still getting the 525 | 3304 Error.

Error 3304 usually means that there is a conflict with your audio card drivers.

Uninstall and reinstall your audio card driver and then try again.
