Unable to view or schedule Recordings on Cloud X1

Unable to view or schedule Recordings on Cloud X1

I just got my X1 service installed. When I go to the grid to schedule a recording I get the following message:

(Error form.schedule / form.schedule.503).

When I try to view my recordings I get the following.

You have no completed recordings...yet

Record shows and movies to create your personal collection.

However I already have several recordings. I tried the DVR sync but that didn't change anything

Cloud is only available in select markets at this time....   Even when cloud is avaiable, you will only be able to access recordings made AFTER cloud is enabled...  Cloud does not give you access to programs already recorded on the DVR's...

You should call into comcast to see if cloud is available in your market....  If it is, you will need the cloud rate code added to your account and you will need to accept the Terms & Conditions before it will beome active...
