Unable to see top videos on Xfinity home page website

For at least a year, I have been unable to see the video portion of any of the Comcast/Xfinity "Top Videos" they have every day. I can hear the audio but no picture. Other video clips, such as those from the Today show, I can see the video and have sound, but not with the Xfinity "Top Videos"! I used to be able to watch the video cliops that interested me but now I can only hear them. have no idea what to do. Is this considered an internet problem? I don't even know who to contact about this. And it is wrong that I pay my big Comcast bill every month but cannot watch the actual video. Any suggestions or help? Thanks!
