Unable to see MUNDOFOX from app

Dear support:

I have Mundofox in my TV, and watch it without a problem on my TV, but when I go to the xfinity tv app on my mobile, tablet and even desktop computer, it tells me I have to subscribe in order to watch Mundofox. But I already watch mundofox in my TV, therefore I am subscribed to it, am I?
