Unable to get past "Starting Playback"

I am using my family's xfinity account.  Everything is set up as follows:

My Lineup:Comcast Fort Collins CableCard
DVR Manager Status:activated
Queue Status:Unknown
My public IP address:60.34.159.78
My operating system:Windows - rv:7.0.1
My web browser:Firefox 7 - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1
My Video Player:4.0.60831.0
Flash version:11.0 r1
Javascript: enabled
Cookies:enabled

I am currently stationed in Japan.  How can I get this to work.  Thank you!!!

Sorry, Comcast online content is not available outside the US due to legal and licensing issues.

Maybe the Base has a streaming option.  I don't know who you would talk to about it.
