Unable to connect Xfinity share App

Unable to connect Xfinity share App

When trying to launch app on my Samsun Galaxy 5 , after log in it takes a minute and comes back and says I need the x1 platform which I have with The Triple Play option. I have requested help with tis issue before and sent return emails to support with no soultion yet.

Any help would be apprecated.
