Unable to change channel from browser on certain boxes

I just noticed tonight 2 of my 4 boxes have disappeared from the xfinitytv.comcast.net website. 

 

If I am on the main https://xfinitytv.comcast.net website where I can see programs from last night, the night before, etc to either stream from my browser or push to the tv for OnDemand, I can see all of my boxes. See picture:

But if I move to the computer browser based tv guide, which I almost always use to change the channel from my computer, I only see 2 of 4. See picture:

Incidentally, on the 2nd image, the tv guide, the two boxes shown are the "remote" x1 boxes. The two boxes missing are my 2 X1 dvrs. 

 

Is this a new issue? I've tried in other browsers, to the same effect.

Same thing happening to me, no DVR devices are showing the list when I'm on the TV Listing.  Notice that the popup menu in your image posted looks different then the popup menu on the DVR or On Demand listing.  This started for me last night.

One of my cable boxes no longer shows up in my list of controllable boxes.  This is my main unit.  Was there last night.  Not there tonight.  What do I need to do to get the box to be recognized by my browsere again.  The remote works for this box and all else appears to be functioning.

Went out of town Sep. 6.  Upon return today, all attempts to change channel from browser go to "Bedroom" box instead of "Family Room" box.  Both boxes appear in menu at bottom of TV listing page - select "Family Room" and settings page appears and "Family Room" is showing at bottom of page.  Click on Watch TV and TV listings appear, but now "Bedroom" is back at the bottom.  Tried to change to "Family Room" several times.  Tried exiting browser and re-starting it - didn't work.

Tried reloading Watch TV page - didn't work.  This makes watching TV impossible as I NEVER USE THE X1 REMOTE.  It is PAINFULLY SLOW and CUMBERSOME.  You can only see four channels at a time for two hours using the X1.  On the 24" computer monitor you can see 15 channels for five hours - MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better IF I COULD CHANGE THE CHANNEL ON THE FAMILY ROOM box like I used to do before Sep. 6.   Sigh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A comcast employee said the issue wont be fixed until the end of the month.  Check out this thread:
