Two "additional" services - HBO & SHOWTIME added-not requested

Somehow HBO and SHOWTIME were both added to my account effective October 31, 2017.  I tried to 'chat' with a representative via the Xfinity website but kept getting a message that the chat would not be private and personal information could be mined if I continued the conversation - told me to back out of it.

 

I did that and I discontinued the two programs I did not sign up for.  The charges are on my November 19 - December 18, 2017 bill with payment due 12/9.  Please have all charges removed before my auto pay goes through - and if you can tell me how they got on my account in the first place, I'd appreciate it.  I have not logged into my Xfinity account until today so I did not go on-line and add them...and I'm the only one living here so I know I didn't call to have them added.
