Two homes, one GIANT issue... Can't get on Xfinity.com at second address.

Two homes, one GIANT issue... Can't get on Xfinity.com at second address.

Okay, I'll try and make this as clear and to the point as possible.  Any information / help is appreciated.

I have 2 addresses.  I have Comcast services at both addresses.  At our main home, we have Xfinity Triple Play and at the second home we just have Xfinity Internet as we're not there all the time.  When we're at the second address, we are able to log in using the primary account and stream shows / Live TV / etc.

Until now...

After logging into the main account, I can no longer access the Xfinity streaming home page.  Did they figure out that I was streaming using my main account information at my secondary address and give that access the big, ugly axe?  If so, I'll call and cancel both accounts tomorrow and go with another provider.  I've paid and continue to pay this company way too much money every month for them to pull this stunt.  Really Comcast?

Anyone else have this issue?  Anything I can do to remedy the problem?  Thank you

Hi kimmerchant -- I can help with this. We wouldn't limit your ability to stream from an App or website just because you're not at home as that would limit the usefulness of that feature. Can you tell me what user name or email you're using to log in with? I'll need that in order to help get this resolved. Please send that to me in a private message.
