Trying to watch Xfinity via wifi connection in Paris, error code 700|310 for ESPN

We are in Paris and have a wifi connection via Numericable. I logged on to Xfinity TV to watch the British Open and continue to receive error messages (700|310) for ESPN. I am unable to get other video as well. I called Comcast in the US and spent over 30 minutes being transferred around until I was transferred to a "non-working" Comcast number and told by the recording to hang up and call back to the original 800 number.  My husband just wants to be able to see the British Open. We even tried loading the APP on his iPad to no avail. Please help!

Comcast online streaming programming is not available outside the USA due to licensing restrictions.
