Try to play tv series/movies....Silverlight Errors

Keep getting error messages when TRYING to view TV series and movies on my computer.  I did as it said.  Even uninstalled Silverlight and reinstalled.  Still no viewing.  Got Error 1001.  Please advise.

This video cannot be played.

We've experienced a playback error. (Error 570)

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites.

Add both of the following entries: www.xfinity.com & www.xfinitytv.com.

After that, uncheck "Require server verification".

Try watching a video now and let me know the results.

Thanks,
Joe
