Trouble with watching a silverlight video on xfinity.com

Hi normally if i have a question i google it. but nobody will plainly say the solution to this..

If you are running duel monitors dont expect your silverlight player to work properly on both monitors, this is a comcast thing we have requested they look into it. they still have put the issue aside so its not you.

If you find when you play your show you loose your tracking bar, full screen button etc. then the solution is to pull your browser into the other monitor and smile. I got full screen again but had to fiddle with pulling the browser into the other monitor.

I can ponder a guess why they did this. i wonder if there is a way to record the show thru the duel monitor wires? that is beyond me at this point but it must be a piracy restriction issue. It is awful inconvienant i agree. but? when comcast is the big brother what can we do. welcome to George Orwell.
