Trouble with HBOGO on Kindle Fire

Trouble with HBOGO on Kindle Fire

I am having trouble with HBOGO on kindle fire.  I receive an error message which states "no Active accounts found..."  HBOGO works on my laptop and HBO, onDemand work fine on my TV.  I have reinstalled the HBOGO for kindle tablet edition multiple times, cleared the cache and it still does not work.

I have read many posts about possible password authentication issues.  If that is the problem, how do I do it?
