Trouble entering credentials in Xfinity to Go

When I click on Xfinity TV to Go app on the iPad, the username and login dialog box flashes, but doesn't stay up log enough for me to entermy credentials. When I try and watch anything, i get the error message that I do not have subscription priveleges for this service. I've deteled and re-added the app multiple times, but can't figure out how to get to the point where i can enter my credentials.
