Trouble Accessing TV Listings

I am only able to get Xfinity's TV Listings to appear on certain devices in my household. I get an error message on my desktop and my tablet when I try to access them at http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings?cmpid=nav_more_tvlistings&cid=customer . First it says "Let's try that again. Please refresh the page to display your TV lineup." with a blue button that says "Refresh Page". When I press this button, it then says, "Sorry, that didn't go as planned. We're working to fix this problem and hope to have it solved very soon. Please try back at a later time."

 

As I said, other devices in my house can access this page as intended. I am not sure why it works on some and gives these messages on others. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry for the delay. Could you please tell me what devices you were using when you received these messages?
