TiVo Roamio with CableCard - "Not Staged"

TiVo Roamio with CableCard - "Not Staged"

My cablecard status comes up as "Not Staged". I get a (V58) message when trying to view channels. I have read in other posts that there is a way to get this solved.

Call cable card hotline and have them re-pair the cable card with the Roamio. 1-877-405-2298.  Just had it done myself today.
