TiVo Premiere On Demand error CL-13

I used to occasionally receive a CL-13 error while accessing On Demand programs via my TiVo Premiere. Now this happens 9 times out of 10. I have read that this is usually related to a problem with the CableCARD rate coding on the account. I'd like to have a support rep take a look at my account for this coding problem. Thanks.

Is there any point to posting on these forums if I can't get a response from a Comcast rep for more than two weeks?
