TiVo Bolt Activation

Hello all,

 

Has anyone had as many as four cablecards fail to be paired / activated on a new TiVo Bolt? Each time the rep on the phone had me jump through ridiculous hoops like restarting my wireless router after reporting that the card had been paired successfully.

 

I suspect that the cards are not cleared in the magic database that people often refer to on here, but don't know of any way to ask the reps how to check if that is the case.
