There one minute, gone the next

There one minute, gone the next

I'm not positive I picked the right location but, it's a start. When we turned the TVs off and went to bet, all was well. Woke up, turned TV on and saw the Welcome to Comcast screen first thing. Tuned to one of our local channels and it froze, then another, then another. Went to a higher channel and it was fine. Out of 4 TVs, only 1 worked. Then the others came on but, just with partial channels. Called Comcast and when they sent a signal but, said they could not figure it out. There's a code SOaOO at the bottom of the screen and the internet is working. It's the channels bettween 5 and 15 that are missing. Any ideas?

Re: There one minute, gone the next

The code S0a00 is a generic "unable to tune to frequency" message. Most likely that group of channels are all sent on the same frequency and it's down for some reason, or too weak for the box to pick up.

If it continues, call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR to begin the troubleshooting process with them.
