The online tv listing doesn´t match channels on my TV

When accessing my account online, and check my tv channels listing do not match the channels I can actually see on my TV.
For example about HD channels, Nat Geo and many others.
Please request an explanation and a solution.

Please tell me your zip code, service area, and specific examples of channels that are incorrect (example: NatGeo is listed as channel 123 when it should be channel 2). Two or three examples would be very helpful.

Thanks,
Joe
