The Video cannot be played

The Video cannot be played

I didn't use to have this problem before. Everytime i try to watch a show or a movie on my Macbook, i get the error message which says the video cannot be played with the number 422. I have used both Safarai and Firefox just to make sure it is not a browser issue. I have also cleared my history, cache, passwords, etc just to  make sure that it isnt that either. Can anyone help me?
